Deluxe Setup

  • Pro setup plus all parts removed and cleaned and body polished if required. This is the setup to go for if your guitar is in rough condition, is very dirty and hasn't been played for a while or maybe it's been sitting under your bed or in the shed for a few years and you'd like it to have extra attention - I'll restore it and have it playing better than when it left the factory...​

If your guitar requires a string change only and a quick wipe over while the strings are off. Only recommended if your guitar is in perfect working order and has already been setup previously..

Strings/Parts

  • If you don't have your own strings that's fine, most brands of strings are in stock right here. 

  • Parts in stock and available from our supplier from brands such as Gotoh, Schaller, Fishman, Hipshot, Graphtech, Grover, CTS, Floyd-Rose and more... 

 

Other Services

  • String change only - $30​

  • New switchcraft jack - $30​

  • Tusq nut + install - $70 

  • The Works Setup (Pro setup + disassembly and deep clean of all parts + polish) - $150​​

Express Service

String Change Only can be done on the spot for no extra charge on weekdays between 11:30am - 1:30pm. Basic or Pro Setup can be done either on the day or overnight for a surcharge of $20. Otherwise turnaround time is usually just a few days.....

Precision Fretwork 

At Redlands Guitar Setups I use a neck tension jig to simulate string tension as the frets are levelled with the strings off - this produces a more precise and accurate result, giving you buzz free frets with a low action...
